講演タイトル | "Human-Computer Interaction for Robot Control Perspectives from Japanese Anime" <要旨> This presentation focuses on human-computer interaction for robot control, utilizing techniques such as eye-tracking, speech recognition, and brain-computer interfaces. Emerging interfaces for human-machine interaction often use the detection and interpretation of physiological signals, which require some user abilities. Such methods can be used by severely disabled people who cannot use other conventional means of communication or for human performance enhancement. The main challenges often appear related to signal processing and machine learning for interpreting inputs from the user. However, user experience, usability, and other factors strongly influence the overall performance of such a system. This presentation utilizes the prism of Japanese anime to discuss and analyze human-computer interaction systems for robot control, ranging from remote control to brain-computer interfaces. It highlights how input modalities and cockpits have evolved, with concepts originating from science fiction that are now utilized in present-day systems. |
